Routinely Service 20” EHD Sliding Pressure Valves for multiple utilities

• Includes complete on-site teardown, machining, assembly & actuator repairs

High-Pressure Gate Valve 24” x 2500# Gate Valve

• Customer had severe metal pressure seal leak
• Sceptre quickly and safely removed, machined seal area and installed graphite pressure seal – problem solved!!!

Sliding Pressure Control Valve

• Customer purchased and installed six, 14” drag valves as sliding pressure valves. ($3 Million project). For two years customer could not use the valves and receive the benefit of sliding the steam pressure due to packing issues.
• Sceptre redesigned the valve follower and packing sets, installed both, and valves now operate as planned – problem solved!!!
